Why We Built This Site
Alabama gives the public access to many court records, but Coffee County records are split by record type. The Circuit Clerk handles District Court and Circuit Court files for civil, criminal, domestic relations, child support, traffic, juvenile, warrants, and jury matters. The Probate Office handles probate, recording, marriage certificates, estates, guardianships, conservatorships, commitments, and name changes. The Sheriff's Office and County Jail handle custody and law-enforcement records, while Enterprise Municipal Court handles many city traffic and ordinance cases.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
